Recipe 2: Mini Caramel Not.Corn Pops

We were experimenting over in the Not.Corn Kitchen and put together some super delicious Mini Not.Corn Pops! Try making them for yourselves. I’ll be going home tonight and making some more for tomorrow’s team meeting (yes, my social life is riveting!)


Below is the recipe in case you fancy doing the same. Warning: you’ll want to eat them all in one go!




·       8 – 12 cups of Sweet & Salty Not.CornTM1 cup of butter

·       1 cup of butter

·       1 cup of syrup

·       1 cup of brown sugar

·       1 can of sweetened condensed milk

·       1 Tbsp vanilla



  1. Heat the butter, syrup and brown sugar at about 250 degrees

  2. Add the milk and vanilla and boil for 1min

  3. Spread the Not.Corn into a large pan

  4. Pour half of the caramel over the Not.Corn

  5. Stir the Not.Corn, spread out and pour the rest of the caramel on top. Stir again.

  6. Roll into balls and insert the lollipop sticks.

  7. Let it sit a while before they’re ready to eat!
